What is Noshleaf’s return window?
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be
accepted.
How can I initiate a return?
You can initiate a return by logging into your Noshleaf account under the ‘My Orders’ section or by emailing us at
support@noshleaf.com with your order number and reason for return.
What condition must an item meet to be eligible for return?
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging intact, and free from stains,
odours, damage, or signs of wear.
Which items are not eligible for return?
Worn or used items, products with missing or damaged tags, altered or damaged garments, final sale or
promotional items, late returns, and complimentary merchandise are not eligible.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Size exchanges are offered subject to availability. Exchanges for colours, designs, or different products are
not permitted.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
COD is available only for orders with a cart value of ₹3,000 or below. Orders above ₹3,000 must be prepaid.
Are there any COD, handling, or shipping charges?
No COD, handling, or shipping charges apply. A return shipping fee of
₹49 is charged for customer-initiated
returns.
How will I receive my refund for a digital payment?
Digital payment refunds are processed to the original payment method. Any wallet amount used is credited back
to the Noshleaf Wallet.
How are refunds handled for COD orders?
Refunds for COD orders are credited exclusively to the Noshleaf Wallet and cannot be refunded as cash or bank
transfers.
What happens if I paid using the Noshleaf Wallet?
If a wallet-paid order is returned, the refunded amount will be credited back to the Noshleaf Wallet only.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@noshleaf.com with clear photos or videos.
Can my return request be rejected?
Yes. Returns may be declined if eligibility conditions are not met. Noshleaf’s decision is final.
Can Noshleaf change its return or refund policy?
Yes. Noshleaf reserves the right to revise or amend its policies at any time. The website version is final.
