Refund & Returns Policy

At Noshleaf, each garment is thoughtfully designed, carefully inspected, and crafted to deliver a premium experience. We take utmost care to ensure your order reaches you
in perfect condition. Should you wish to request a return or exchange, we kindly ask that you review the policy outlined below.


1. Return Window

Returns may be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Requests raised beyond this period cannot be accepted.


2. Conditions for Return Eligibility

To preserve product integrity, hygiene, and quality, returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact and unaltered
  • The garment is free from stains, odours, marks, damage, or signs of wear
  • Any accessories or complimentary items received must be returned
  • The product is returned in its original fold and packaging, without creasing or damage
    Noshleaf reserves the right to respectfully decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items

For reasons of hygiene, quality assurance, and fairness, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Items showing any signs of wear or use
  • Products with removed, broken, or missing tags
  • Stained, damaged, torn, or altered garments
  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or special promotions
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
  • Products purchased using store credit / Noshleaf Wallet
  • Complimentary or promotional merchandise
4. Exchanges
  • We offer size exchanges only, subject to stock availability
  • Exchanges for alternate colours, designs, or products are not permitted
  • All exchange requests are processed only after the returned item passes our quality inspection
  • If the requested size is unavailable, the return will be processed as per the refund guidelines below
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
  • COD is available only for orders with a cart value of ₹3,000 or below
  • If the cart value exceeds ₹3,000, the customer must complete payment via digital/prepaid methods
  • No COD charges or handling fees are applied to any order
6. Refund Guidelines

Refunds are initiated only after the returned item successfully clears our quality inspection.
Refund methods are as follows:

  • Prepaid Orders:
    Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as Noshleaf Wallet credit, as applicable
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
    Refunds for COD orders are credited exclusively to the Noshleaf Wallet
  • Orders Paid Using Noshleaf Wallet:
    Any approved return will be credited back to the Noshleaf Wallet only

Noshleaf Wallet credit can be used for future purchases on the Noshleaf website and is non-transferable.

 

7. Shipping & Return Shipping
  • No shipping charges are applied on any order
  • A return shipping fee of ₹49 will be charged to the customer for approved returns
  • In cases of incorrect, damaged, or defective products, return shipping will be borne by Noshleaf
  • Noshleaf is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return transit
8. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs or videos.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 

9. Quality Verification Process
  • All returned items undergo a thorough quality inspection.
  • Noshleaf’s decision regarding approval or rejection of returns shall be final and binding.
10. Misuse & Abuse Prevention
  • To protect genuine customers and maintain fairness:
  • Excessive or suspicious return activity may result in account restrictions
  • Noshleaf reserves the right to refuse service in cases of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent behaviour
11. Policy Amendments
  • Noshleaf reserves the right to revise, amend, or update this policy at any time.
  • The version published on our website shall be considered final and binding
