  • Deny access to features…without notice if misuse, fraud, or suspicious activity is detected.

2. Product Information, Accuracy & Availability

  1. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are for representation only.
  2. Actual colour, texture, and fit may vary due to screen resolutions, lighting, and production batches.
  3. Noshleaf does not guarantee that product details on the website are error-free, complete, or current.
  4. We may modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
    Noshleaf shall not be liable for any inaccuracies or omissions.

3. Pricing, Payments & Billing

  1. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
  2. Noshleaf may refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.
  3. By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment partners to validate and process your payment details.
  4. We reserve the right to decline transactions suspected of:
    Fraud
  • Misrepresentation
  • Unauthorized use
  • Chargeback abuse.             

In such cases, the order may be cancelled immediately.

4. Order Acceptance & Right to Cancel

  1. Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.                    
  2. You will be notified of cancellation, and eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.
  3. Noshleaf may cancel or refuse an order for reasons including but not limited to:     
  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or inventory errors
  • Payment issues
  • High-risk customer profile
  • Multiple excessive return requests
  • Violation of these Terms

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  1. Delivery timelines are estimates only, not guaranteed commitments.
  2. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
  3. Risk and responsibility for the product pass to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the courier.
  4. Incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or unavailability of the customer are not the responsibility of Noshleaf.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are regulated strictly by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

  1. Noshleaf reserves the right to decline any return or exchange that does not comply with the policy.
  2. Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after the product passes quality inspection.
  3. Any item returned used, worn, washed, or without original packaging will be rejected without exception.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Users agree not to:
  • Interfere with website
  • functionality or security
  • Create multiple accounts for fraudulent activities
  • Misuse offers, discounts, or coupons
  • Resell or commercially exploit Noshleaf products without authorization
  • Submit false claims, false return requests, or fraudulent complaints 

    Noshleaf reserves the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent activities.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website—including logos, images, product designs, software, graphics, text, branding, and layouts—is the exclusive property of Noshleaf.

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Selling
  • Creating derivative works

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law.

  • Noshleaf is not responsible for losses arising from website use, order delays, courier issues, or product misuse.
  • Our total liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

  • Fraud is detected
  • Misuse of returns is observed
  • Violation of Terms occurs
  • Abusive behaviour toward staff is reported
